Allah asks us to forgive those who disbelieve in Him.
14. Tell those who believe to forgive those who do not long for Allah's days (i.e. disbelievers and faithless people who do not expect to be resurrected on the Day of Judgment), so He may reward a folk according to what it has earned.
15. Anyone who acts honorably, acts on his own behalf; while whoever commits evil will find it stands against him; then to your Lord shall you (all) return. [Holy Quran, 45:14,15]
We humans do not have the permission to punish others for what they believe. It is Allah who will deal with them, on the Day of Judgment.
Our job is to forgive them, because this can lead them to the correct path.
