I found myself walking back to my medical school's campus and both online and school life have been tough the last few days, so I thought, to calm my heart a bit, I did some Dhikr (as we do before E'id Salah), which is my favorite version, if I can say that. Then Surah Ikhlass a few times as well. I really want to get better at even doing just this, and then improving on that insha'allah.
