1. Why is the blog's name QuranClub?
When I first started this blog in 2008 with some of my friends, we only wrote to encourage each other to read the Quran, and we'd post how many pages we had read on a particular day. Eventually we stopped doing this and started writing on other topics that we found interesting, usually related to the Quran.
2. We are a business/charity and we would like to advertise on your site, is this possible?
The answer is no. I don't do promotions for anyone.
2. Why is the blog's Facebook page titled "quranclub" and not "QuranClub"? Isn't it wrong/haram to have the word "Quran" in lowercase?
This happened due to an error on my part. And no, it is not haram to write quran instead of Quran. The Quran doesn't contain a recommendation on this particular typographical issue.
4. Why do you sometimes go for long periods of time without posting anything?
I only post updates when I have something to share, for this reason sometimes I write a lot of articles in a short time, and at other times I take a long break.
5. Why are there no comments?
After years of having comments, I realized that comments rarely added anything to the blog postings and often distracted readers from the content. For this reason I have disabled them. I apologize if this has caused anyone heartache.
